A small, made-to-order denim studio — no warehouses, no standard sizing.
Standard sizing forces everyone into rigid categories based on premade patterns that vary widely from brand to brand. An extra small from one retailer might be nearly identical to a small from another, leaving you with a size chart that never quite feels right. The result is always a compromise — too long, too short, too tight, or too baggy. Denim Designs was founded to solve this problem directly: each pair is cut precisely to your unique measurements, completely eliminating standard off-the-rack sizing problems.
We're a small, partnership-run operation. We believe clothes should be made to fit you — not the other way around. Nothing is held in pre-cut inventory or stored in a warehouse. When an order comes in, we start from scratch: high-quality denim is cut and assembled to your personal preferences, then shipped straight to your door, ready to enjoy.
Customization runs through every layer of the garment, not just the size:
The jean style options are baggy, straight, skinny, bootleg, flare or wide. The shorts style options are mini, boyfriend or jorts/Bermuda.

Once a configuration and set of measurements are submitted, the order moves to cutting and construction. Because each garment is made individually, production and shipping take longer than off-the-shelf retail — customers are shown expected timelines during checkout.
Denim Designs is a business and marketing plan developed as part of a school commerce project. This site is a working prototype of the ordering experience — the product catalog, pricing and fulfillment process described here are illustrative rather than a live retail operation.
